Dragon Tiger 3: green felt, and a tie returns half your stake

The green table is the third Dragon Tiger game on 918Kiss. Same idea as the others: choose Dragon, Tiger or Tie, one card is dealt to each side, and the higher card wins. The difference sits in the note at the top of the felt, and it matters most on the rounds you would least expect.

Reading the green felt

In the screenshot above, DRAGON 1:2 is on the left, TIGER 1:2 on the right, and TIE 1:9 in the middle, each under its Chinese character. The note at the top says (typos aside) that the Tie bet wins when the two cards are equal in rank, and that on a tie, 50% of your bet is returned.

Put simply: if you backed Dragon and the cards tie, you get half your chip back, not all of it. That is the trade-off against the blue table, where a tie refunds everything but the side label is 1:1.97.

Placing and stacking bets

Pick a chip from the rail (0.5 up to 1000) and tap a side. Tap the same side again to add another chip on top. You can spread chips across more than one area, but the total on the table can't go past the maximum shown in the corner, which is 1000 here, with a minimum of 0.5.

A sample round

In the second capture, 0.5 sat on Dragon. Dragon was dealt a 10 of hearts and Tiger an Ace of spades, so Dragon took it, with the Ace counting low. The message on the left says "You win: 1" and the bottom bar repeats it. The New Game button on the right clears the cards for the next deal.

The road grid

Under the chips is a large grid that logs results as dragon and tiger characters. It is a history, nothing more.

Compare the tables
