The 'Pokemon' ring game on 918Kiss: a character board with Bank, Tie and Player
Listed in the lobby as Pokemon and titled Pocket Monster on screen, this is a ring game with the same grid as Forest Dance, only with cartoon creatures.
In the 918Kiss lobby this tile is called Pokemon. Inside, the title panel says "Pocket Monster" in English and Chinese, and the characters are clearly modelled on a very famous cartoon franchise. It is a casino-app game, not a licensed product, and this page treats it purely as a betting game.
Mechanically it is a ring game. Character tiles line all four edges of a forest scene, a light runs around them, and the tile where it stops decides which bets pay.
The grid
The bet panel in the first screenshot has three rows, each with four characters: a yellow electric mouse, an orange fire lizard, a blue turtle and a green seed creature. Their multipliers in this capture:
- Top row: x40, x20, x11, x7
- Middle row: x46, x23, x13, x8
- Bottom row: x25, x12, x7, x4
That is the same spread of numbers as Forest Dance, with characters in place of animals. The right-hand column carries BANK x2, TIE x9 and PLAYER x2, and a TIE label hangs top-right of the board. A strip under the jackpot box shows recent P and B results.
The JACKPOT display reads 407610; chips are set to x100, with BAL and BET boxes along the bottom.
Waiting for the result
In the second screenshot the panel is closed. A result frame on the left shows a black silhouette of a creature, a guessing-game reveal borrowed from the cartoon, and PLAYER is lit on the right. The light has stopped on a tile near the bottom edge.
Things to know
The old page said you "choose an icon and bet from 50 chips, then click START". That is still the flow: pick a chip value, tap the characters you want, press start. What the silhouette reveal adds, if anything, beyond decoration is not shown.
As with every ring game, spreading chips across many tiles makes it feel like you win often. The numbers above tell you why that feeling isn't the whole story.
