God of Wealth (3Win8): lion-dance scatters and unfolding wilds
A festive nine-line slot with two kinds of wild and a lion-dance scatter. It pays in both directions, which changes how often lines connect.
God of Wealth is the kind of slot that fills the lobby around Chinese New Year: red lanterns, firecrackers, a temple gate, a beaming Caishen in gold robes, and a pair of children holding blessing scrolls. It is a nine-line game, and its one unusual rule is written at the bottom of the paytable: wins pay from left to right and from right to left.

The two wilds
The top row of the help page shows two different wild tiles, both marked 發 (fa, prosperity):
- Red fa: replaces all symbols except the scatter. If two or more land in one game, each unfolds into a roll of three wilds, covering its reel. Five pay 5000.
- Blue fa: also replaces symbols, except the red fa and the scatter. Five pay 5000.
The scatter is a lion-dance head. Three give 10 free games, four give 20, five give 50.
The symbols
The God of Wealth pays the most among the pictures (1000 for five), followed by a second deity in blue (400), the boy (200) and the girl (160). The lower row is a drum, a jade pendant, a string of firecrackers and a square-holed coin, all paying 100 or less for five.
The line diagrams at the bottom show the nine patterns: three straight rows, two V-shapes and four zigzags.
What a spin looks like
In the capture above, the game has greyed out every symbol that isn't part of the result and left the wilds and the God of Wealth lit across the top row. The bet is 0.01 a line on nine lines, so each spin costs 0.09.
Paying both ways means more chances for a line to connect, usually for small amounts. It doesn't change the fact that the free games are where the paytable's bigger numbers live.
