Emperor Gate: a general, a red gate and a card-war gamble on 918Kiss
A 50-line slot with a stacked general on the middle reel and a card duel called Gamble War after a win. Here is what each screen shows.
Emperor Gate is a Chinese historical slot with a green background and a title in gold characters (斬五門). Its most noticeable symbol is an armoured general holding a long curved blade, drawn tall enough to fill a whole reel.
The game uses 5 reels, 3 rows and 50 lines at 0.01 each. After a win you can take a side trip into a card game called Gamble War.
What the reels show
In the screenshot above the general covers the entire middle reel. Around him are a red gate with gold studs, an open scroll with Chinese writing, a gold ritual wine cup, and the character 義 (righteousness) in green. The low symbols are J, K and 10 in blue, orange and green.
A stacked symbol like the general can cover several lines at once. Whether it acts as a wild is not marked on the screen, so we will not say it does.
Bet panel and counters
Top row: BALANCE, BET and WIN, then BACK and a menu icon. Under the title are MINOR JACKPOT and MAJOR JACKPOT. The bar reads "50 Lines selected" and "0.01 Bet per line", and the bottom row has BET minus and plus and an AUTO button.
The balance in this capture is 0.05, less than one spin. That is a good reminder of how a session can end.
Gamble War
The second screenshot shows the gamble. The top row, labelled BANKER, has one card face up (the seven of spades) and four green cards marked X4, X6, X8 and X10. The bottom row, PLAYER, is five blue cards with question marks. BANK in the corner shows 0.15, the amount being gambled, with buttons for BIG and Take SCORE beside it.
Take SCORE ends the gamble and keeps what you have. Anything else puts that amount on the line.
