Men's 200M: bet on a six-runner pixel sprint
Not a slot at all: six pixel sprinters race 200 metres and you bet on which pair finishes first and second. How the odds board reads.
Men's 200M is one of the odd ones out in the ACE333 lobby. There are no reels. Instead, six chunky pixel-art sprinters line up on a dirt track, a starter in a yellow cap waves a red flag, and the race runs itself while you watch the bets you placed on the board.
If you have seen Motorbike on ACE333, this is the same machine with runners in place of dirt bikes. The old page had no text, so this is written from four screenshots.
The odds board
The betting screen is headed NEW ODDS. It's a grid: the rows are numbered 1 to 5 and the columns 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, so every cell is a pair of runners. The big yellow number in a cell is the odds for that pair; the red 0 underneath is your stake on it.
In the screenshot at the top, pair 1-4 is priced at 1000, 1-2 at 200, 5-6 at 500 and 2-4 at just 3. The layout suggests a bet on two runners filling the first two places, as in the old arcade race games, but the screen doesn't spell out the rule. A 3 is the favourite; a 1000 is the long shot, and long shots lose most of the time.
To the right are round buttons to set the bet size (0, 1, 10, 50), and a LAST 5R RESULTS panel listing the previous five races. Three counters read STARTER, FINISHER and SPRINTER. A toggle marked FAST MODE sits at the bottom, with the line "JACKPOT X3 X4 X5 FREE ATHLETE" printed beneath the grid.
The race
Each runner has a numbered bib and a different vest colour. The race starts from blocks, as above, then scrolls along a track lined with bushes and flower beds.
The order changes as they run. In the capture above, number 6 has broken clear; by the next shot, the leaders are 1, 2 and 5 and number 6 has dropped to last. It's designed to keep you watching.
Before you play

Each cell pairs two runners, one from the row (1-5) and one from the column (6-2), and shows the odds for that pair. The heading reads NEW ODDS and the values differ between our Men's 200M and Motorbike captures, so they appear to change from race to race.
Can I control a runner?
No. The race plays out by itself; you only choose bets before the start.
What is the Jackpot X3 X4 X5 Free Athlete line?
It is printed under the board but the screenshots don't explain it. Check the game's help before counting on it.
