Stone Age: carved rock letters beneath a volcano

Stone Age is a 918Kiss (SCR888) slot where the theme is carried almost entirely by the art style. Every symbol looks chipped out of rock: grey 9s and 10s, blue Js, a green K, yellow As, pink Qs, red 7s with "SEVEN" carved underneath, and a triple BAR slab. Behind the reels, a volcano sits against a pale sky.

The logo at the top of the right-hand panel is itself carved stone, with spikes along the top.

Before and during a spin

The hero screenshot shows a resting board with PRESS REVEAL in the message bar and BET 100. There are no feature symbols in view, just the carved letters and two red 7s either side of a BAR stack.

The second capture is more interesting. Two spiky stones reading FREESPIN BONUS have landed, one on reel 1 and one on reel 2. Reel 3 is outlined in a red glow while it keeps spinning, with a third bonus stone faintly visible sliding past. Reel 4 shows what looks like a WILD stone half hidden by the motion effect. The message bar reads GOOD LUCK!, and the bet is 25.

The side panel and controls

• Coloured line tags run down both sides of the reels.
• CURRENT BALANCE is bottom left; the BET box with minus button is in the middle.
• The right-hand column holds RANDOM, MAJOR and MINOR counters and a GAME WIN box.

RANDOM moved from 788625 to 795582 between the two shots. These counters keep growing as the whole player base spins, and they reset when they pay somewhere.

Worth knowing

The spinning-reel glow on reel 3 is a suspense effect. It shows you nearly got a feature; it doesn't make the next one more likely.
