918Kiss Roulette: the single-zero table, chips and spin

Alongside its slots and fish tables, 918Kiss has a plain, full-size roulette game. It uses a single-zero wheel with numbers 0 to 36, and the betting table in the screenshot above looks just like a casino layout.

If you have never played roulette, the old notes put it in four steps: choose a chip, place it on the table, press Spin, wait for the result. That is really all there is to the controls.

The table layout

The numbers run in three rows of twelve, coloured red and black, with a green 0 on the left. Around them:

• 2to1 on the right of each row, for column bets
• 1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd 12 for dozens
• 1 to 18 and 19 to 36, EVEN and ODD, and a black and a red box for colour bets

Inside bets (single numbers, splits and corners) go directly on the numbers. A tab at the top reads OPTIONAL KEYBOARD, which appears to open an alternative way to place bets.

Limits, chips and buttons

At the top left, MIN 0.5 and MAX 100 show the table limits. Under the table is the chip rack: 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 100. Pick one, then tap where you want it. Next to the chips are Spin and Clear bets, and to the left small WIN and BET boxes (0 and 1 in this capture). CURRENT BALANCE sits along the bottom.

The wheel

When you press Spin, a wooden wheel appears on top of the table. The screenshot shows a single green 0 pocket. Once it stops, the result is added to the RECORD bar at the top, which here reads 36, 35, 8.

A note on the record bar

Many players look at the record bar for patterns. Each spin is independent, so the last three numbers tell you nothing about the next one. Use it only to check what happened.
