Fishing Star on 918Kiss: a busy coral-reef fish table

Fishing Star is a six-player fish game on 918Kiss with a bright coral-reef setting: red mushroom coral, purple sea fans and yellow reef grass framing a patch of open water. The old notes sum up the rules in one line: shoot as many fish as you can. The screenshots show there is a bit more to read on screen than that.

The room picker

As on the other fish tables, you first choose between 100Times (x10 - x100) and 1000Times (x100 - x1000). There is a separate Fishing Star 10000 for the top range.

A crowded table

The hero screenshot catches a busy moment. At least four seats are active, with credits showing at the edges. Rows of red shells stream across the water from the top-left cannons, which looks like a rapid volley. On the right, two golden fish with long bodies and a pair of white fish are being hit, and a web net has opened near them.

A trail of gold coins runs from the middle toward a seat, with 2800 printed in it, and a smaller stack reads 20 near the bottom. Those are catches being paid. On the left a spinning ring shows a round number, 0082, which looks like a counter or prize wheel. The screenshots do not show what it pays.

Keeping the pace in check

Fishing Star moves fast when several players fire together. That is part of the appeal, but it also makes it hard to notice how much you have spent. A few habits help:

• Stay in the 100Times room until you know the table.
• Fire in short bursts and glance at your seat credit between them.
• Turn AUTO off before you look away from the screen.
